Following his military service, Dan developed a passion for the construction industry, specialising in groundworks, excavation and plant operations. Through practical experience, continued professional development and a commitment to mastering his trade, he has built the knowledge and technical skills required to deliver a wide range of groundwork and excavation projects.
As a CPCS Blue Card Competent Excavator Operator, holding an NVQ Level 2 Diploma in Plant Operations, Dan is passionate about maintaining high professional standards and continually developing his skills, knowledge and understanding of modern plant operations.
Under his leadership, Solum Projects has evolved into a professional groundworks and operated plant hire contractor, investing in modern machinery, specialist equipment and skilled personnel to support projects across the commercial, construction and private sectors.
